What to contact us about
Two mailboxes, two jobs. Picking the right one gets you to the right person faster:
- General enquiries, privacy and data requests — hello@catchback.ai: Questions about the product, pricing, the private beta, partnerships, or press — and every privacy or data request: access, correction, export, or deletion of the customer data you connected. This is the address our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service name, and it is where legal notices go.
- Product support — support@catchback.ai: Help with an existing account: uploads that failed, an audit result that looks wrong, billing and subscription questions, or anything broken in the dashboard.
We do not use a contact form. Email reaches a real mailbox, so replies land in the same thread and nothing gets lost in a form queue.
